Here in B.B.G., we work on technical specifications coming directly from the customer, although not being simple executors: indeed, our proud is to offer an extra service.
Every phase, from the concept to the final check, are shared and agreed with the customer. In this sense, we offer quick and accurate solutions for the management of the whole project: starting from the basic drawing of the customer (usually assisted by our technical office and our R&D), passing through the prototyping, the working and the assembly, up to the final check.
Our technical department communicates constantly with our QA and our R&D, since the very first analysis of a project, in order to correct the potential criticalities that might appear since the very first analysis of the drawing.
Our core business since 1973. Skilled not only in the biomedical field, but also in the Racing and in the Automation Machines, we follow a continuous evolution in order to offer the best solutions and an optimal quality-price ratio.
The work stream that includes the engineering, planning, manufacture, assembly and final check is applied not only to the above-mentioned groups, but also to automation solutions who necessarily must respond to the highest standards, both of quality and innovation.
Also here, the technical specification comes directly from the customer, whom with we work together in order to optimize the final result. In particular, we are dedicated to automation solutions pertaining to the food, packaging and pharmaceutical world.
Not only “production”! Specialized both in serial products, both in complex prototyping (also thanks to the mastery of technologies such as the afore-mentioned rapid prototyping), we preferred not to transform into a company for mass production, but we preferred to focus on the supply of groups and assembled machines, as well as on the supply of technologically advanced and niche elements.
The customer’s concept is our starting point, be it an idea or a drawing to be optimized. The planning skills of our engineers and designers blend with the expertise and the concreteness which is typical both of our technical office and of the operators of the several manufacturing department – from the production to the assembly, ending up to the quality check.
Our engineers use the most up-to-date CAD platforms, along with tools of mechanical analysis and simulation. Furthermore, to manage with precision and fastness the projects commissioned by customers, we are proud to rely on our technical department composed by ten cad/cam work stations that can effectively handle continuous tool routes up to 5 axes. Each in-house activity is systematically monitored using a methodological control and information system, which constantly updates the production capacity situation and consequently assures profitability. Also here, the designers and engineers communicate constantly with the several operative departments, in order to propose to the customer the best and most advanced solutions.
Starting from the initial concept, we develop a synergy work in order to optimize the process, both in terms of timing and of costs, although keeping in mind the most fundamental rule: quality must be flawless. Furthermore, we collaborate with a well-credited network of suppliers and affiliates that have been selected during the years in terms of reliability, punctuality and manufacture quality.
Before starting the industrial series, it is necessary to go through some preliminary steps. Since 1973, we specialized exactly in these phases, trying to reduce to the minimum the gap existing between the prototype or the “batch 0” and the real product that will be industrialized.
The speed of prototyping and pre-series is guaranteed not only by the skills of our operators, but also by the chance to go for other options as, for example, the Rapid Prototyping (with a process of Direct Metal Laser Sintering)
Transforming the idea of the customer in reality, material and tangible: this is the hard core of our company, the internal process which is managed by the several departments that interact with each other constantly, in order to optimize terms as the manufacture quality, the precision, the speed and the efficiency.

Our assembly department, fully equipped for tightness checks, is split in three macro-areas:
– AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS/ROBOTICS
We mainly assembly groups or machines used in the packaging, biomedical sector and for every automation, not only managing the mechanical part but also the electronic one.
To respond to the exigency of the customer to have a ready-made product, we also arrange the purchase, the management and the assembly of components externally produced.
Furthermore, when necessary, our assembly department collaborates directly with the customer in order to find the best solutions to create new components from the very beginning, which will then be produced and assembled.
Our Quality Assurance staff, coming directly from the Racing world, not only performs final controls on each production element, but also starting and intermediate checks in order to keep monitored all the manufacturing phases. After the processing, if requested by the customer, we issue a quality certificate complete with the materials traceability. The metrology room is fitted with modern instruments, such as ZEISS PRISMO co-ordinate measuring machines, and can check dimensions down to extremely precise tolerances. When requested, we also organize inspections visits during which the final check will be performed with the presence of the customer.
Last but not least, we are proud to underline that our QA department communicates constantly with our technical office and our R&D, since the very first analysis of a project in order to solve the potential issues that might appear.
Our goods are stocked inside a Modula Lift, the most advanced system of automatic vertical stocking, bearing up to 750 kg.
For what concerns the logistics, we make use of historical and reliable couriers that collaborate with us for many years already. Within the national context, we use a safe packaging protected by a stiff carton box and the deliveries are guaranteed for the day after. The international shipments are made inside wooden crates that contain desiccant salts. Furthermore, it is our custom to ask to our foreign clients whether it has some courier preference, orienting ourselves towards its indications.
Since we do not make any massive stock, the product is packed and shipped the same day the manufacturing cycle is completed (assembly and final check included).
